FAQ
What is required to book with you?
I require a signed electronic contract and a $150 deposit at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance for the shoot is due up to 24 hours of the shoot date.
When will I receive my final gallery?
You can expect your final gallery to be delivered electronically within 3 - 4 weeks from the date of the shoot! This timeline is also dependent on how quickly you select the images to be edited from your proof album.
What if there is rain on the date of the shoot?
In the event of inclimate weather, we will work to reschedule the shoot within 30 days of the original date. Please keep in mind, inclimate weather does not include wet grounds, clouds, drizzle, or chillier temperatures than desired. More information is outlined in the photography contract.
What if I need to reschedule?
I understand life happens and things need to be rescheduled. That's fine! In fact, you have up to seven days before the shoot to request rescheduling - no questions asked. The new date must be within 30 days of the original shoot (pending the photographers availability). Once inside that seven day window, I do require a $45 rescheduling fee.
What should we wear?
Styling is a critical element for a successful shoot. My session price includes assisted styling which starts with a styling tool that is sent out 6-8 weeks prior to the shoot to help get the conversation moving. For now, all you need to know that I highly advise against pastels and neons.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Nope! The final album will include your digital images without watermarks so you have the freedom to share and print the images where you please. However, I do provide you with access to a professional print shop that produces quality images that I would highly encourage you using for your images.
Do you travel for sessions?
EBP covers any location within a 25 mile radius of the 27703 zip code. Locations up to 40 miles outside of 27703 may be considered; however, a $35 travel fee will be applied.
