Nearly Newborn Photography


For my nearly newborn sessions, I typically book 3-4 weeks from the due date to allow the family time to have settled into their new schedule and for mom to have had time to feel more comfortable in front of the camera. My approach during these sessions is to capture the genuine moments of a baby’s first few weeks at home. Unlike traditional posed sessions, my sessions focus on real interactions between the baby and their family, highlighting the connection, love, and everyday beauty of this new chapter. These sessions often take place in your home, using natural light and familiar surroundings to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The result is a collection of timeless images that tell a heartfelt story—one filled with cuddles, quiet moments, and the joyful chaos of welcoming a new life.
